Hope to Home (H2H) St. Philip's Team

Hope to Home (H2H) Team is a group of St. Philip's members who have a heart for serving the recently homeless and in the name of Christ by helping them transition into their first apartment. Our team meets annually to plan and fellowship around a dinner.  Our 2025 plans are to serve once a quarter to help with H2H deliveries to needy families and/or work in the H2H warehouse to prepare for future deliveries.  

 

Team members are given information to learn about H2H ministry needs so as to be “ambassadors” for H2H within the church family as well as community.

 

Some members choose to sign up individually for volunteer opportunities such as repairing/refinishing furniture, “staging” (selecting items needed for each family prior to Sat deliveries), assisting H2H with furniture and home goods pickups, and more.
