2025 Christmas Eve pageant

We would love for your child to participate in the Christmas Eve pageant this year! We need readers, major character roles, angels, animals, and more. The cast of characters does not have lines to memorize; they act out what the readers read from Scripture. It is a wonderful opportunity for our young parishioners, ages 3+(reliably potty trained and able to follow directions) to celebrate the birth of Jesus in a real and tangible way. 

Please consider whether your child(ren) will enjoy this opportunity or not before signing them up. If wearing a costume in front of the congregation does not appeal to them, it is ok!  We need people wearing their Christmas best in the pew watching the pageant, too. We also need adult and youth volunteers to register.

The time commitment is as follows:

• Wednesday, December 17, 3:30-5:30pm costume assignment and fitting
• Monday, December 22, 10:00am-12:00pm rehearsal (with such a wonderfully large cast we need everyone present at the rehearsal, please).
• Wednesday, December 24, 3:00pm all participants gather and prepare for the 4:30pm service

The deadline to register is Friday, December 12th. Role assignments and rehearsal location details will be shared after that date.
